Here's a list of resources that I've come across while working on my site! Anything marked with a star, 
is something that I used!
Fun Widgets/Web Apps
Atabook: Basic guestbook that I use for my site. Requires an account.
LoveBerry: Cool widgets and coding guides. I referenced this to create my borders on my home page.
Leaflet: Spatial mapping resource in Javascript. Good for mapping out real and fictional locations. Using this for my Yokoka's Quest map project.
CaffeineAndLasers' RSS Guide: How to set up RSS on a Neocities site.
GifyPet: Customizable virtual pet for your site. I used it to make the Cone on my homepage! (though not the biggest fan of some aspects of it haha)
TamaNOTchi: Cute virtual pet for your site. Requires an account.

EGGRAMEN Templates: Has lots of good website templates. I'm using their template for my project pages!
PetraPixel Layout Generator: Allows you to customize a basic template for your website. Good for messing around with and learning more HTML.
Image Resources
GifCities: Record of old gifs, a project under the Internet Archive.
Pixel Safari: Many web assets such as badges, blinkies, etc.
Earthbound Text: Earthbound textbox generator, used in the Detcobound AU page!
Dividers: Self explanatory, lots of png divider assets.
LuvStarKei: Links to different blinkie, stamp, divider, etc. collections.
The Frugal Gamer Background Resources: Various tiling backgrounds with a retro theme.
Rentry Resource: List of image collections to peruse.
